SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 29 – Lachris Allmond is
on supervised release
following a drug
conviction.
On
December 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
VOSR proceeding, continued
from December 10. Inner City
Press covered both.
It was
proposed that Allmond live not
with his grandmother but an in
apartment next door. Judge
Koeltl said he would like to
know the views of the
grandmother.
Jump cut to
March 29, 2022 when Allmond
was in on alleged violations
of supervised released. Judge
Koeltl, amid talk of a device
to circumvent drug testing,
called it an aberration and
set another conference for May
26 at 9:30 am.
The case is
US v. Allmond, 18-cr-143
(Koeltl)
