SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 18 – Lachris Allmond is on
supervised release following a
drug
conviction.
On
December 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
VOSR proceeding, continued
from December 10. Inner City
Press covered both.
It was
proposed that Allmond live not
with his grandmother but an in
apartment next door. Judge
Koeltl said he would like to
know the views of the
grandmother.
He set
another proceeding for January
19.
The case is
US v. Allmond, 18-cr-143
