charges.
On December 21, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge John G. Koeltl held a
Violation of Supervised
Release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge
Koeltl inquired into the
status of state charges.
Gonzalez pleaded guilty to
misdemeanor menacing, he was
told.
A next
proceeding was set for January
20 at 2 pm.
