SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 13 – Sinohe Antonio
Araujo Meza pleaded guilty in
2019 to drugs charges. But he
has still not be sentenced,
pending a Fatico
hearing.
On January 13, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defendant's new lawyer wanted
more time, to get documents
from prior counsel, and to be
able to visit his client in
the MDC, which he said is
currently in Omicron lockdown
with no legal visits.
Judge Woods set a
next conference for March 3.
The case is
US v. Madrid, et al.,
16-cr-680 (Woods)
