Nov 1 – Maersk Agency U.S.A.,
Inc., as agent for Maersk Line
A/S sued Oceanic Container
Line Inc. for refusing to pay
it $309,111.73 it says is
owed.
On November 1 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
But Oceanic
Container Line Inc. did not
show up. Now a motion for
default judgment has been
filed.
The case is
Maersk Agency U.S.A., Inc., as
agent for Maersk Line A/S v.
Oceanic Container Line Inc.,
21-cv-6943 (Liman)
