Mauvareen
Beverley filed
a hostile
workplace
lawsuit
against the
New York City
Health and
Hospitals
Corporation.
On November
10, 2022, U.S.
District Court
for the
Southern
District of
New York Judge
Edgardo Ramos
held a
proceeding.
Inner City
Press covered
it.
Beverley's
complaint says
among other
things that
she was yelled
at in front of
vendors and
other
employees.
Judge
Ramos on
November 10
told the
parties to
submit a
proposed
amended
discovery
scheduled by
the end of
business on
November 14.
