SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 6 – Michael Menzies was
working for the Long Island
Railroad Company when his
elbow was injured on May 24,
2018.
On
January 6, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John G. Koeltl
held a final pre-trial
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
LIRR said
the jury must hear that
Menzies has another job. The
trail begins Monday, January
10 in SDNY Courtroom 24A.
Judge Koeltl says
the jury will sit 9:30 to 1,
and 2 to 4:30, with each side
getting four hours.
