Jan 9 – GateGuard sued
Amazon for trying monopolize
by putting its own key in
GateGuard's and others'
products.
On January 7, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
pre-motion conference. Inner
City Press covered it.
Amazon said
all it is doing is trying to
get its delivery people into
buildings. It said GateGuard
is not a competitor. GateGuard
says it is.
