SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 3 – Endurance American
Insurance Company sued Saab
Site Contractors, LP in a
dispute over a construction
project for El Paso Water
Utilities in
Texas.
On November 3 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
There is a
bench trial set for November
22.
There was talk of
extending things 30 days, but
Judge Liman said that might
mean two years, his trial
schedule is so backed up due
to COVID.
And so the
trial is on, with a final
pre-trial conference on
November 18 at 3 pm.
The case is
Endurance American Insurance
Company v. Saab Site
Contractors, LP et al.,
20-cv-1071 (Liman)
