SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 27 – Warren Wilder was
charged as a felon in
possession of ammunition, to
wit, seven Luger 9-millimeter
shell casings.
They were used,
police say, in a shooting on
August 31, 2020 in The
Bronx.
On January 25, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held what was
billed as a change of plea
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
But after
several break-out sessions,
the proceeding had to be put
over to Thursday January 27.
Inner City
Press again covered the case
on January 27. Judge Woods
accepted the guilty plea to
Count 1 and set sentencing for
May 9 at 11 am.
The case is US v.
Wilder, 20-cr-543 (Woods)
