SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 17 – Body Glove and
Exist have a dispute about the
application of the "BODY
GLOVE" trademark to
sportswear, active-wear and
and baseball
hats.
On
January 14, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. City Press covered
it.
Body Glove
wants at least $225,00 but
interest. Judge Koetltl had
denied in part a motion for
judgment on the pleadings. Now
he made a referral to
Magistrate Judge Katharine H.
Parker.
The case is Body
Glove IP Holdings, LP v.
Exist, Inc. et al., 21-cv-1181
(Koeltl)
