SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 4 – Glenn Carwell is
charged in connection with the
armed robbery in a convenience
store in The Bronx of a clerk
with marijuana.
On November 4 U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Carwell is
incarcerated not in the MDC
but Essex.
His lawyer asked
that the next proceeding be by
video, and Judge Liman rightly
agreed. Call-in lines will
remain in some case, and
should be more.
This case
is US v. Carwell,
20-cr-293 (Liman)
