SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 25 – SING For
Service LLP, doing business as
Mepco and saying it
supplements automobiles'
factory warranties, sued DOWC
Administrative Services for
interfering in its
business.
On January 25, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Woods
granted Mepco the right to
file a motion for summary
judgment by April 4.
He also referred
the case to the SDNY-annexed
Mediation program, saying a
mediator should be assigned by
February 4.
The case is SING
for Service, LLC v. DOWC
Administrative Services, LLC,
20-cv-5617 (Woods)
