Sitt of Thors Equities Says 6000 Whiskey Bottles Missing But Hiscox Wants Private Mediator

By Matthew Russell Lee, Patreon
BBC - Guardian UK - Honduras - The Source

SDNY COURTHOUSE, April 24 – Joseph J. Sitt of Thor Equities bought 10,00 bottles of whiskey but now only 4,293 bottles can be found. He sued, and Hiscox Insurance Company and Great Northern came to the defense.

On April 24 there was a hearing before U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Judge Ronnie Abrams, which Inner City Press covered. Hiscox said it prefers private mediation. But where are the 6,000 missing bottles of whiskey?

The deadlines are as the defendants want: August 31 and November 30. Will the whiskey, or Joshua Schupak, reappear by then? The case is SCHJS LLC v. Hiscox Insurance Company, et al., 20-cv-1299 (Abrams).
