Dec 13 – Greg Cohen Promotions
LLC is a boxing promoter.
Clifford Mass bought 5% of
GCP's promotional profits - in
perpetuity - for $250,000.
Then he sued.
On December
11, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Sarah L.
Cave held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
The
contested fights range from
Tony Louis in Liverpool to
Antoine Douglas in Laval,
Canada, with Riga, Rostov and
Kazan, Russia in
between.
Judge Cave
said depositions are due by
April 9, with a next
conference on March 12.
The case is Mass
v. Greg Cohen Promotions LLC
et al., 18-cv-2239 (Daniels /
Cave)
