SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 2 – Andre Cunningham was
part of 2013 multi-defendant
drug prosecution in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York.
In 2020 he
came up on alleged violations
of supervised release.
A proceeding was
held on July 2 before SDNY
Judge Denise L. Cote. Inner
City Press covered it.
Probation
recommended remand, for in
August 2019 using Oxy and pot
and disregarding anger
management, then getting
bounced from Samaritan Daytop
Village.
Judge Cote
said Cunningham should being a
new three month jail term on
August 14, with no more
supervised release after that.
