SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 16 – Duwayne Baugh
is charged with being a felon
in possession of a firearm, to
wit, a black 9mm caliber
Taurus
pistol.
On June 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Paul A. Crotty held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Baugh had
been arraigned and pleaded not
guilty on March 29. Baugh's

discovery.
Judge Crotty set
a next proceeding for July 27.
The case is US v.
Baugh, 21-cr-200 (Crotty).
