SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 9 – Ronald Godbold is on
supervised release in a bank
fraud case. He is
detained.
On
February 9, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Judge George B. Daniels held a
Violation of Supervised
Release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered
it.
Godbold's lawyer
asked that the matter be
adjourned, and it was, to
April 6. Judge Daniels said if
there was any motion for
release on bond before then,
file it and he would schedule
something.
The
specifications are not in the
docket.
The case is US v.
Brown, 17-cr-674 (Daniels)
