worked at AHRC Health Care in
The Bronx. Now he has sued for
underpayment, seeking class
action status.
On April
14, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Magistrate Judge Kevin N.
Fox held a proceeding. Inner
City Press covered it.
Judge Fox worked through
discovery issues, finally
reaching the issue of how many
years of records the
defendants should give up. He
said, Three years.
Plaintiffs'
counsel urged six years,
citing New York State law.
Judge Fox maintained that
three is enough.
