SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 6 – Mary Guzman was
injured in a revolving
mechanical door in a building
leased to the Bank of New York
at 32 Old Slip in lower
Manhattan.
On December 4
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn
held a discovery conference.

Plaintiffs'
counsel is seeking the
identify of those involved in
handling, reviewing and
investigating insurance
coverage for the
incident.
Judge Netburn
said those names have to be
provided by December 18.
