SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 30 – The lawyer for
OneCoin's money launderer Mark
Scott, Arlo Devlin-Brown, now
has an apparently pro bono
case before the same judge,
Edgardo Ramos, for inmates of
the MDC in Brooklyn.
On May 29,
Judge Ramos had a pre oral
argument telephonic
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Paragraph 39 of the underlying
complaint states that on April
12, 2019, feces and urine
flooded the women's unit at
the MCC from pipes overhead
and toilets began to overflow
into cells."
Meanwhile, Arlo's paying
client Mark Scott is going out
to dinner in Florida while
awaiting sentencing by Judge
Ramos. Perhaps this other
representation is benefiting
him?
The case is
Fernandez-Rodriguez et al v.
Licon-Vitale, 20-cv-3315
(Ramos).
