SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 31 – Self described
social influencer Steven
Forkosh sued others who he
said learned from him and
became "faithless
servants."
On January 31, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge
Koeltl after listening
suggested that the plaintiff
filed an amended complaint.
After hearing in
reply that this might not be
necessary, he joked, Because
you think your complaint is
perfect. Nothing is
perfect, was the retort.
The case is
Espire Ads LLC et al v. Tapp
Influencers Corp. et al.,
21-cv-10623 (Koeltl)
