SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 15 – Ramon Jaquez sued
Tenafly Imports LLC for having
an inaccessible
website.
On November 15, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Tenafly
Imports is a kitchenware
company with a website at
GunterWilhelm [dot] com. The
complaint says Jaquez had the
intend to browse and
potentially make a purchase.
While many of
these website ADA cases
settle, a trial date has been
set for this one: June 8, with
a final pre-trial conference
on June 2.
The case is
