Placement sued Neuvoo, Inc. in
a payment dispute about a job
search database and
pay-per-click.
On January 27, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

As Judge Woods
walked through the discovery
process including ESI, one of
the lawyers asked, What's ESI?
Judge Woods noted

it means. He said a schedule
for discovery, including
