Feb 3 – Kavon Williams sued
the City of New York after
NYPD officers threw him on the
ground and arrested him near
his mother's house at 1864
Banyer Place in The Bronx on
June 1,
2020.
On February 3, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Gregory H. Woods held a

depositions are due by May 6,

23 with a conference on
October 6. A jury trial is
requested.
