SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 18 – Kenneth King sued
Jian Bao Gallery and related
individuals for having
"cheated their way to millions
of dollars worth of highly
valuable, ancient Chinese
artwork."
On November 18, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Judge Liman
had to push the trial back
from November 29 to December
7.
He saied it will
run each day to 5 pm; one
counsel said he would have to
leave Friday's at 3 pm. Judge
Liman granted it, so counsel
wouldn't have to walk home.
The case is King
et al. v. Wang et al.,
14-cr-7694 (Liman)
