SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 26 –
A man who charged with posted
nude photos of his underaged
ex-girlfriend was released
without bond in the U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
on November
26.
Assistant US
Attorney Derek Wikstrom said
his Office thinks that the
behavior - that is, the
posting and the online threats
- were from some time ago, and
that there has been only one
victim.
But
what a victim. FBI Cyber Squad
member Nicholas Mazzola in a
sworn affidavit quotes the
defendant's texts: "Ill ruin
your life the way you ruined
mine... Once it's up is out
there forever."
The defendant is also charged
with cyber stalking. But he
was freed without out. Inner
City Press will have more on
this.
