SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 22 – Travelers sued
Amtrust International
Underwriters Limited about a
construction injury to William
Kilian as he worked on the
renovation of the Four Seasons
at 280 Park Avenue on August
2,
2017.
On November 22, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
One issue
was the connection with
between the underlying action,
and this insurance action.
Ultimately Judge
Liman said he would accept the
parties' case management plan,
and refer them to the
Magistrate Judge.
The case is The
Travelers Property Casualty
Company of America v. Amtrust
International Underwriters
Limited, 21-cv-7469 (Liman)
