Feb 5 – Bionpharma Inc.
sued Corerx, Inc. to ensure
continued delivery of
enalapril maleate oral
solution under their
agreement.
On February 4, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Bionpharma wanted
a preliminary injunction - and
got one. In a detailed order,
Judge Koeltl named specific
purchase orders that must be
filled.

of mediation or further order
