SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Dec 14 – Luis Jaime says
Corrections Officers knelt on
his neck in a year on Rikers
Island on September 11, 2020,
stopping him from breathing.
He sued.
On
December 13, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties have
proposed that fact discovery
be completed by April 12,
2022.

The case is Jaime
