SDNY COURTHOUSE,
July 17 – Jason Forbes was
indicted in 2009 for
distributing child
pornography.
On July 17 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Denise L. Cote held a
Violation of Supervised
Release proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Specification 1
concerned providing inaccurate
information.
Three to nine
months were discussed.
Ultimately
Forbes, whose supervised
release had expired in March
2020 was given two additional
years of supervised release,
beginning July 17.
