SDNY COURTHOUSE,
May 26 – Trodale
Holdings LLC sued Bristol
Healthcare Investors and it
seems it is going to be the
first virtual trial before
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Judge Katharine Polk
Failla.
On May 26
Judge Failla held a final pre
trial conference in the case,
which Inner City Press
covered. Both sides'
counsel have asked for a
technology class from Judge
Falla's deputy.
The case began in
New York State court in 2016,
about "defendant's default on
a contract to purchase several
skilled nursing facilities."
One imagines that the COVID-19
pandemic impacts such
facilities, as it impacts the
upcoming trial.
The case is
Trodale Holdings LLC et al v.
Bristol Healthcare Investors,
L.P. et al, 16-cv-4254
(Failla).
