SDNY COURTHOUSE,
August 17 – Meosha Williams
was a special education
teacher at a public school in
The Bronx, New York until she
became sick and was
accommodated. She
sued.
On August 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Judge Fox
said any amendment must be by
October 1, and that another
proceeding is set for December
14 at 11 am. The parties have
agreed to complete all
discovery by February 11,
2022.
