April 21 – Boutique consulting
firm PWV Consultants LLC sued
Eric Chebil and his Chebil
Realty LLC for refusing to pay
for their work on the Chebil
"app based real estate
business in California."
On April
21, 2021, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate
Judge Kevin N. Fox held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Inadvertent
disclosure of information was
a topic of discussion. In the
docket is a proposal that such
an error "in itself shall not
constitute or be deemed a
waiver or forfeiture of any
claim of privilege or work
product."
