at Skyline Risk Management
until he left and founded
Laconic Risk Management.
Skyline sued, for
misappropriation and diversion
of business.
On July 7,
U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Kevin N. Fox
held a proceeding. Inner City

Among the
issued is how the lawsuit
could change if he were an
independent contractor.
Summons have been issue as to
Steven and George Menexas.
