SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Feb 17 – The Argentine
bistro Estancia 460 on
Greenwich Street in lower
Manhattan was been sued for
not paying minimum wage.
On
February 17, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Chief
Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
Gorenstein held a proceeding.
Inner City Press covered
it.
Judge Gorenstein
said that amended pleadings
are due February 28, and
motions by June 23, along with
a pre-trial order.
The case is
