SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Aug 27 – Dino Antolini is in a
wheelchair. He sued 195 Tenth
Avenue LCC and its owners and
operators under the Americans
With Disabilities
Act.
On August 27 U.S.
District Court for the
Southern District of New York
Magistrate Judge Robert W.
Lehrburger held a discovery
conference. Inner City Press
covered it.
Antolini's
lawyer Stuart H. Finkelstein
complained about the lack of
financial information from the
defendants' counsel. That
firm, also active as CJA
criminal defense lawyers,
pointed to an exclusion for
some personal information. But
they agreed to provide some
more in a week's time.
Finkelstein is seeking
information about all
applications for loans by the
defendants.
The case is
Antolini v. Nieves et al.,
19-cv-07645 (Broderick /
Lehrburger)
