SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 17 –
Espire Ads LLC sued Tapp
Influencers Corp. and things
got
ugly.
On March 16, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
John G. Koeltl held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
One lawyer
said he'd like to accept
service, but his client
wouldn't let him. Judge Koeltl
said, you can't just blame
your client. You could tell
the client to go elsewhere.
A lawyer cut in
and Judge Koeltl said, That is
not how it is supposed to
work. The case needs work.
It is Espire Ads
LLC et al v. Tapp Influencers
Corp. et al., 21-cv-10623
(Koeltl)
