SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 9 – Chunyung Chen
sued Via Quadronno for not
paying overtime or minimum
wage.
On January 7, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The
defendant's lawyer complained
that her adversary put Via
Quadronno's logo on the
envelopes it sent, and said
they had been admonished for
doing this in the Eastern
District before Judge
Cogan.
This SDNY
case is Cheng et al v.
Via Quadronno LLC et al.,
20-cv-8903 (Liman)
