SDNY COURTHOUSE,
March 28 –
Darrell McLeod is charged with
violations of supervised
release.
On March
28, U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge John G. Koeltl held
a proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The parties
had reached an understanding
on what would be pled to, and
the recommended sentence.
Judge Koeltl reminded that
sentencing is up to him.
He asked them to
re-appear for a conference, in
person, on April 21.
The case is US v.
McLeod, 18-cr-691 (Koeltl)
