SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Jan 17 – Arturo Estevez, a
legally blind person, sued
Intelligent Nutrients, Inc.
for having an inaccessible
website.
On January 14, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York Judge
Lewis J. Liman held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
Estevez says he
wanted to by organic skin care
and hair care products from
www.I-nbeauty.com but
couldn't. He wants it to be a
class action, and has until
June 15 to move to so certify.
Before a party
serves discovery on a third
party, Judge Liman ruled, the
party must request a discovery
conference with the Court.
The case is
Estevez v. Intelligent
Nutrients LLC, 21-cv-9027
