May 15 – Bradley Johnson the
CEO of Sportsco Holdings, Inc.
sued Ironshore Specialty
Insurance Company for
coverage.
On May 13, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Gregory H.
Woods held a conference. Inner
City Press covered it.
The parties
say they have engaged in
unsuccessful settlement
discussions but are prepared
to explore possible resolution
after discovery has been
concluded.
The case is
