SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 19 – Frederick Addison and
Winston Addison have sued
Panther Premium Logistics for
injuries from car crash(es) on
138th Street in The Bronx.
On
January 27 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Magistrate Judge
Stewart D. Aaron held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The defense said,
in this open proceeding, that
there have been demands for
$750,000 and for $30,000, that
the former is a non-started
but the latter might be
negotiated down.
Judge Aaron set a
schedule but said due to
delays with the ECF system it
might not immediately go up.
The case is
Addison et al v. Gordon et
al., 20-cv-7603 (Aaron)
