overcrowding triggered by the
closure of the GEO private
prison for cooperators in
Queens, New York.

District of New York
Judge Loretta A. Preska held a
proceeding. Inner City Press

Armwood's lawyer
brought up the overcrowding,
the sleeping on the floor on a
mattress. It was detention on
consent on April 14. For how
