SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 14 – Alexander S. Gould
got 42 West to provide
publicity services to
"minimize the public impact of
Gould's settlement with the
SEC regarding its
investigation into
misappropriation of funds."
They he breached the contract.
42West
sued.
On November 12, U.S. District
Court for the Southern
District of New York
Magistrate Judge Ona T. Wang
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Gould was apologetic and said
he was taking steps to make it
right.
He wanted a
confidential settlement
proceeding and continued
sealing of documents, both of
which were granted.
There will be a
confidential proceeding on
November 22. The case is
42 West LLC v. Gould,
21-cv-1581 (Wang)
