March 29 – Livan Fernandez was
facing Violations of
Supervised Release
specifications.
On
March 29, U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge Kimba M. Wood
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
Fernandez, it
emerged, has gotten a job and
is doing well. Judge Woods
called it wonderful news, and
dismissed the specifications.
