SDNY COURTHOUSE,
Nov 1 – Tableau Software, Inc.
was sued civilly in 2017 for
securities law
violations.
On
October 30 U.S. District Court
for the Southern District of
New York Judge John G. Koeltl,
to whom the case was assigned
in July 2017, held a
proceeding. Inner City Press
covered it.
The issue
is now discovery.
Specifically, "57,000 emails
had not been collected during
our initial document
collection in 2019."
The
argument is that they were
"not exported from Mimecast
due to batch limits." Oh.
The case is
Scheufele et al v. Tableau
Software, Inc. et al.,
17-cv-5753 (Koeltl)
