SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 9 – Kristina Nacaj sued
Trans-Porte Inc. over a car
crash that occurred on July 8,
2020 in Rockland County, New
York.
On June 8,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
There was
a request to extended
discovery, because the
plaintiff "is contemplating
back surgery" and defense
counsel needs to schedule
IMEs.
Judge Woods
agreed to extended discovery,
finding good cause shown.
The case is Nacaj
v. Peavy et al., 21-cv-9842
(Woods)
