Steadfast Insurance Company
for not paying out on
insurance for lost business.
On June 9,

the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City

Philippe,
featuring "world famous chef
Philippe Chow's own spin on
traditional Chinese cuisine,"
suffered a steam pipe loss on

before COVID hit
NYC.
The insurer says
the loss may have been sued to
COVID, and that the company
got PPP loans.
For now, "there
have been no settlement
discussion conducted."
