SDNY COURTHOUSE,
June 13 – XXIII Capital
Limited sued Decade, S.A.C.,
LLC for alleged diversion of
funds. But now bankruptcy has
stalled things.
On June 9,
2022 U.S. District Court for
the Southern District of New
York Judge Gregory H. Woods
held a proceeding. Inner City
Press covered it.
It was
said that the underlying
adversary proceeding is not
resolved, "the Bankruptcy
Counter continued the
previously scheduled damages
trial sine die."
Judge Woods
inquired, including remarking
"non frivolous arguments
only."
Then he
agreed to stay the case until
October 9.
It is XXIII
Capital Limited v. Decade,
S.A.C., LLC et al., 17-cv-6910
(Woods)
